WiFi Walkie Talkie. Connect to the same WiFi network and talk over WiFi.
Place a Wifi router anywhere and connect to it, regardless of whether it is online. Once all devices are connected to the router they can then communicate with one another. Updates to come will include school colors for radios and backgrounds.
You must have two or more android devices on the same wifi network for the app to function correctly.
