Walk Warm for Defense with the Free App VeVaFit !
With this free app from Defense you can do various sports exercises that are discussed during the Safety & Craftsmanship (VEVA) course.
How does the app work?
Start the app, enter your details and choose the exercise you want to perform. Press Start and start training. Afterwards you save your result and so you grow step by step to your individual training goal. So that you will soon start your career at Defense!
In addition, the app offers:
- clear explanation about how to perform each exercise well;
- your own logbook with a graphic representation of your performance;
- various badges that you can unlock by training;
- the option to share your performance with your friends via Facebook or Twitter;
