HIMSS'14 Demonstration from the MD PnP Program
The MD PnP program located at Massachusetts General Hospital has developed a mobile app that subscribes to a real-time data feed streaming sensor data from medical devices in our virtual test-bed facility in Cambridge, MA. This app analyzes the data-stream to implement an intuitive information display. In our demonstration we imagined this information being of use to patients and their loved ones but the free flow of information across the internet of things is a key part of exploratory work done by the MD PnP Interoperability Program.
